Once they get their accounts created they need to input their 20 cell phone numbers of family and friends that they can reach out to on 9/16. 20 is the amount we ask because it will give them the best opportunity to reach their individual goal.

Fundraising Background and Purpose
The Academy of Science Research and Medicine
The Academy of Science, Research, and Medicine is the only STEM-certified Academy program in the Paulding County School District. This highly competitive STEM program offers an accelerated course sequence with two pathways. Students may choose between the Biotechnology Research and Development or Allied Health and Medicine pathways, with many students completing both upon graduation. The program completed STEM re-certification in March 2022 and has even been nationally recognized for innovative approaches to teaching.
Fundraiser Purpose
The funds raised will be instrumental in supporting a range of enriching activities and programs, including:
-
Educational field trips that provide real-world context to classroom learning
-
STEM-based learning activities that promote critical thinking
-
An Academy Symposium that brings students together with industry experts to explore options in future STEM careers
-
An Academy Bootcamp introducing freshmen into the program
-
A STEM Camp designed to immerse elementary students in hands-on learning
-
Community outreach initiatives that aim to inspire a broader audience and foster a love for STEM disciplines
The funds will also be used to recognize the Academy students through a White Coat Ceremony symbolizing the students' commitment to scientific inquiry and celebrating their achievements made throughout the Academy program, marking a significant milestone in their educational journey. Collectively, these initiatives are pivotal in equipping PCHS Academy students with the skills and experiences necessary to become the innovators and leaders of tomorrow.
Academy Class Challenge (Grade Level Prize)
Your student is competing with other Academy Classmen to raise the most money for their grade level. Each grade level is voting for their prize choice via QR Code for their anticipated win.
