Short Essay Requirements

For the MLA style application essay, the following heading can be used:

Your Name
Academy
Application Essay
Date (written out)

For the essay question, answer each separately. Your response can be retyped before your answer to help organize the response.
Remember to double space and to use size 12 Times New Roman font.
