Freshman Pep Talk

The Academy Freshman Pep Talk is an annual event designed to welcome new students and set the tone for a successful year in the Academy. During this event, freshmen hear from accomplished Academy alumni who share their post-high school and post-college experiences, explain how the Academy prepared them for their next steps, and offer valuable advice for navigating the program. Students also connect with current Academy upperclassmen during the Academy Mixer and participate in an interactive Q&A session. This event provides motivation, guidance, and a strong sense of community as students begin their Academy journey.
